Operating procedures
Vibrating bowl discharge: The operator places the screws into the vibrating bowl, making sure the screws are lined up.
Place film, start preheating: The operator places the composite packaging film, starts the preheating unit, and prepares for the packaging process.
Parameter setting: set packaging parameters, including the number of screws, film material temperature, packaging speed, etc.
Start button: Press the start button, the packaging machine will start working automatically.
Bag making and packaging: PLC control system automatically completes the process of bag forming, screw counting and sealing and cutting.
Finished bag conveyor: The packaged screw bags are conveyed to the subsequent processing link through the conveyor.
